• Canvas Prints: We will send you a digital copy after 1-2 days of placing the order. If you love the artwork, we’ll start the printing process. If you’d like any alterations, we’re happy to make them!

🎨 Shipping Time

• Digital files: Delivered in 1-2 days via message or email.
• Canvas Prints: Production takes 2-6 days, followed by shipping, which takes 2-7 days in the USA and 7-14 days worldwide. For Australia, shipping takes 7-21 days.

🎨 Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations or refunds are not available. Since your portrait is customized, returns are not applicable—but we do offer corrections on digital files and canvas prints before they are shipped to ensure you love the final result.
