🎨 How to order

1. Pick a costume and type its corresponding number in the personalization box.
2. Add to basket and checkout.
3. Send us 2-3 high quality photos of your pet via  message or email, classicpetarts@gmail.com..
4. Sit back and relax while we get drawing! 

- Canvas Prints: we will send you a digital copy after 1-2 days of placing the order. If you are happy with the artwork, we will start the printing process. If you wish for any alterations, we are happy to do so! 

🎨 Shipping Time

- Digital files: take 1-2 days and will be sent to you message or email. 
- Canvas Prints: take 2-6 days in production, then an additional 2-7 days to ship in USA and 7-14 days to ship worldwide. Orders to Autralia take 7-21 days to ship.

🎨 Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellations are available within the first 2 hours of placing the order. However, no cancellations or refunds are available after that.
Returns are not applicable since your item is customized! However, we offer corrections on digital files and canvas orders before they are printed and shipped to you.
